From Cambodia to the Camp du Roi

From Cambodia to the Camp du Roi

We’re very happy to share some good news for Orchard and welcome Emily Jaques to the team as an Account Executive. Emily has joined Orchard after spending six months in Cambodia where she organised and taught English classes to women that had been rescued from trafficking. Before her trip to Asia Emily worked for the States of Guernsey and she has also completed an English degree at the University of Winchester.

When she’s not working in PR or volunteering in far-flung places, Emily likes to read and take her dogs for walks on the beach.

Managing Director Steve Falla said:

Emily has some interesting experience, both professionally and as a volunteer and we think her creativity and can-do attitude will fit in well with the dynamic of our team.

She will benefit from support from our experienced team and will also, like all of our PR professionals, go on to study towards CIPR qualifications.

Emily said:

I’m looking forward to developing my career with Orchard – my first few weeks at a PR agency have been really interesting and I’m keen to explore how I can use my creativity in a professional capacity.
