
It’s not often we have to ask ourselves what Orchard’s clients have in common with Mick Jagger, but in the case of getting satisfaction we’re happy to report the answer is: not much.
Whereas Mick famously struggled to locate contentment, the same can’t be said for Orchard’s clients, as the results of the first-ever Orchard Client Satisfaction Survey reveal.
When pulling the survey together we asked ourselves: what is it that you really want from an agency? We concluded that a great relationship feels pretty high up the list.
A great client-agency relationship is based on trust, which is built by an agency being responsive, delivering top-quality work, and understanding who you are and what you need.
Now, we have evidence to back up that this is exactly what Orchard is delivering, thanks to the first-ever Orchard Client Satisfaction Survey. Clients scored us 4.63/5 for trusting their client team and the same score for the statement “I love working with Orchard” – aww, thanks clients!
